By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products
All items sold by Jo Bell Jewellery are handmade, meaning:
Each piece is individually crafted and may vary slightly in colour, size, texture, or finish
Such variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered faults
Product descriptions and photographs are provided as accurately as possible, but colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£)
I reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed
Payment must be made in full at checkout using the available payment methods.
4. Order Acceptance
An order is only considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
An item is unavailable
There is an error in pricing or description
We suspect fraudulent activity
If your order is cancelled, you will be fully refunded.
5. Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Some items may be made to order or customised.
Production times will be stated on the product page
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty, in accordance with UK consumer law
Please check all details carefully before placing an order.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched from the UK
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only
Delays caused by postal services or customs are outside my control
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. I cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. Right to Cancel & Returns (UK Customers)
7.1 Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, unless the item is custom or personalised.
To cancel, you must contact me in writing within 14 days of delivery.
7.2 Returns
Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
I recommend using a tracked service, as I am not responsible for lost returns
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
7.3 Faulty Items
If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please contact me within 14 days of discovering the fault, including photographs where possible.
8. Earrings & Hygiene
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
9. Care & Wear
Jewellery is delicate by nature. I am not responsible for:
Damage caused by wear and tear
Improper care, impact, or exposure to water, perfume, or chemicals
Care instructions provided should be followed to maintain your jewellery.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including:
Designs
Images
Text
Logos
is the intellectual property of Jo Bell Jewellery and must not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
